UK SHIPPING

All of our deliveries our handled by Royal Mail on a 2nd Class Signed-for service, allowing your parcel to reach you within 2-3 business days after it has been dispatched. You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched. It may take us u between 4-5 business days to process your delivery.

EU SHIPPING

We ship to all European countries via Royal Mail and we use a tracked and signed-for delivery service. 

EU orders will typically be delivered within 10 business days of being dispatched. You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched. It may take us u between 4-5 business days to process your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail or Parcel Force, please select your destination country at checkout. We use a tracked and signed-for delivery service for all International deliveries. International orders will typically be delivered between 12-15 business days of being dispatched. You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched. It may take us u between 4-5 business days to process your delivery.

Any duties and taxes to be paid upon receiving goods, will be the recipients responsibility. Please don't refuse a delivery as we do not have an exchange or return policy. Any refused deliveries will be at your loss. 

Please take into consideration that International countries may or may not experience some delays due to customs. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. If you are unfortunate to experience this, it can take up to 30 business days for your parcel to clear customs.

You can also contact your local delivery service and provide them with your name, address and UK tracking number, to track down your parcel. We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes International deliveries can take longer than expected.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

Our store does NOT offer any refunds or exchanges.

We have clearly displayed our size guide for everyone to follow on each product page and on our footer. Our size guides can also be found on our Instagram highlights. We have a basic size guide which are for all basic wear tracksuits and sets/any product that has the word [BASIC] in it. Besides our everyday basic wear, we have exclusive pieces that we release from time to time. These exclusive pieces may have a different sizing to them and it is important that you view the size guide for each particular item/s individually.
