SHIPPING & RETURNS:

UK SHIPPING INFORMATION

All our deliveries our handled by Royal Mail or DPD. We have only one options for UK delivery.

Our Standard Signed-for delivery costs £5 and takes approximately 3-4 business days to arrive after items have been processed.

We are currently not offering Next Day Delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders can take up to 10-15 business days to arrive once they have been processed. We use a tracked and signed-for delivery service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties determined by the receiving country.

Please take into consideration that you may or may not experience some delays due to customs. This is completely out of our control! If you are unfortunate to expereince this, it can take up to 30 business days for your parcel to clear customs.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept any exchanges on items that are unworn, unmarked and still have the original tags and packaging. This only applies to any items dispatched to us within 14 days of you receiving your parcel. Shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back.

Just send us over an email at returns@santoammo.com and we’ll be happy to help you. Please include your order number, your name and the item name you want to exchange your original purchase for.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We do not take any responsibilities for missed deliveries. You will have to re arrange your own delivery and cover any fees if needed.
  • Once International orders pass the UK boarders, we’re automatically left with less control. We provide everyone with a tracking number to track the process of their parcel.
  • If there is an issue with a courier in a different country, you will need to give them a call and provide them with your tracking number.
  • We are not liable for any custom charges. Please check this before placing an order as we will not refund you if you decide to not pay the charge.
  • We do not offer refunds and run on an exchange only policy.
  • We are unable to accept any exchanges after 14 days of you receiving your parcel.
  • Shipping costs are not covered by us when sending your items back for an exchange.
  • SALE items are non-exchangable!
